We’re looking for a high-performance Director of Client Success to lead our fulfilment team and take full ownership of client results.
This is not a “manager” role — this is a leadership position for someone who can drive performance, accountability, and growth across both clients and team.

About the Role
As Director of Client Success, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire delivery side of the business.
You will lead and manage:
* Account Managers
* Media Buyers
* Creative Team
You’ll also directly handle a select number of key clients, ensuring results are delivered at the highest level.

Improve client results, increase retention, and build a world-class fulfilment team. So that the CEO can focus on building the company.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the fulfilment team on a daily basis
* Ensure all clients are hitting (or exceeding) performance targets
* Identify bottlenecks across the funnel (leads, booking, show-up, closing)
* Hold team members accountable to KPIs and deadlines
* Run regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
* Oversee campaign performance across ads, creatives, and systems
* Manage a handful of high-value clients directly
* Improve client retention and satisfaction
* Build systems and processes to scale delivery efficiently

Who We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a marketing agency (client success, operations, or similar role)
* Strong leadership skills — able to manage, push, and develop a team
* Deep understanding of performance marketing (especially lead generation)
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Data-driven — you make decisions based on numbers, not feelings
* Strong communication skills (internally and with clients)
* Ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not excuses
