What You’ll Do
* Support the Systems Manager in maintaining and improving our internal processes
* Keep Google Sheets, CRMs, and reporting dashboards accurate and up to date
* Help set up automations, integrations, and workflows (Zapier, Make, Go High Level, etc.)
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes for clients and team members
* Troubleshoot issues across tools and systems before they become problems
* Take ownership of admin and operational tasks so the Systems Manager can focus on higher-level strategy
Who You Are
* Confident with Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and online tools
* Comfortable learning and using new tech quickly
* Highly organised, detail-driven, and reliable under pressure
* A proactive problem solver — you spot inefficiencies and fix them without being told
* Strong communicator in both written and spoken English
* Bonus: experience with CRMs, marketing tools, or agency operations
